Income
The Ann Watson’s Trust is entirely self-financing, it does not rely on public donations nor does it receive any funding from the government. The Trust derives its income from its careful stewardship of a number of agricultural holdings and residential properties in East Yorkshire and from its investments.
The Trust has developed a property portfolio over many years, - it owns a number of tenanted farms in East Yorkshire and also a number of tenanted residential properties.
The Trust also benefits from an investment portfolio, managed by professional advisors, which generates funds to support the Trust’s charitable activities.
